Most organizations don’t need more disconnected platforms, fragmented messaging, or surface-level marketing.

They need communication, systems, and audience experiences that work together intentionally.

Frequently Asked Questions

01 | What kinds of organizations do you work with?

I tend to work best with organizations and project initiatives navigating growth, transition, complexity, or communication challenges — especially those looking for thoughtful, human-centered strategy instead of generic marketing noise.

Best fitting organizations are those looking for thoughtful, long-term solutions rather than quick fixes or high-volume marketing churn.

02 | Do you only build websites?

No. Websites are often one visible part of a much larger communication ecosystem. My work frequently involves messaging, structure, audience experience, operational clarity, and helping disconnected systems work together more intentionally.

03 | What does “Human-Centered Digital Systems Architect” mean?

It means I look at how communication, structure, systems, design, operations, and audience experience interact together — and help organizations create environments that feel clearer, more cohesive, and easier to navigate.

04 | Do you work with businesses outside Alaska?

Yes. While my roots are in Alaska, much of my experience has been shaped by working and living across different cultures, industries, and environments internationally. I've spent much of my professional career working trans-nationally on location independent projects.

05 | What kinds of projects do you typically take on?

Projects range from website restructuring and messaging refinement to larger organizational communication strategy, narrative architecture, campaign support, and digital ecosystem planning.

06 | Are you an agency?

No. gracestudioDESIGNS operates more like a multidisciplinary strategic production house and consulting practice than a traditional agency model.

07 | How do projects usually begin?

Most begin with conversation, observation, and identifying where communication, structure, or audience experience may be breaking down.

Let’s create something that makes sense.
